Mid-Summer IATSE Board Meeting

This is to advise that the regular Mid-Summer Meeting of the General Executive Board is scheduled to be held at the Essex House, 160 Central Park South, New York, New York 10019 at 10:00AM on Monday, July 28, 2003, and will remain in session through and including Friday, August 1, 2003.

All business to come before the Board must be submitted to the General Office no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting.

Local Union representatives planning to attend the meeting must make hotel reservations with the Essex House by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-937-8461. Guest room rate for the IATSE is $199.00, plus applicable taxes, for both single and double occupancy. In order to ensure that you receive the preferred room rate established for our meeting, you must identify your affiliations with the IATSE. Cut-off Date is June 26, 2003

In addition, the 2003 Stagehand Caucus will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2003 at 10:00AM in the Grand Salon Room at the Essex House.
