MANAGING CASH FLOW FOR ARTIST
This is a four week workshop where members learn how to organize income and expenses to achieve solvency. The program takes into account the complex and varying nature of entertainment professionals' financial lives and utilizes techniques for tracking spending, balancing multiple sources of income, and planning for irregular expenses. The group is offered three times a year. The winter, 2008 session begins with a required Orientation on Tuesday, January 15th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
The four workshops will follow, from January 22nd through February 12th.

GETTING A GRIP ON PERFORMANCE ANXIETY (Local 802)
NEW GROUP! This will be an 8-week group series, on Fridays, January 25 - March 14, 2008, from 2 to 3:30 pm. In a supportive and confidential environment, group participants will learn practical techniques for gaining control of "stage fright." This structured group series will feature weekly guided exercises and homework assignments designed to enhance individuals' ability to lower anxiety and enhance performance. To ensure a positive group experience an interview and registration are required before attending.
